<description>Great question, Bill and thoughtful response.

A path we (Virtual Staffing, Inc. are your virtual staffing solutions provider for human resources and technology support) encourage business owners (especially small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs)), to pursue is utilizing an intern.

If the small business owner is concerned about hiring a new graduate and being unable to provide her/him with purposeful work, consider introducing the student to the company as an intern, allowing you both to test the
uncharted waters.

Check out our newsletter at:
http://www.azvsi.com/newsletter/200707.htm for more information and questions to ponder as you consider an intern. Please don&#039;t hesitate to contact me directly if you should have any additional questions.
